Referrals

At Sprinked with hope, we accept referrals from a range of organisations, and examine each one carefully to ensure we are able to offer the right type and level of care. We respond to each referral in a timely manner, so if you are considering making a referral and have any queries, please feel free to contact us.

Referral Criteria

Every referral is assessed by our team to ensure that we are able to provide the required level of support. We consider the individual’s care requirements, including any diagnosed mental or physical health conditions, any disabilities they may have, and any behavioural concerns. We are able to provide care for people with a range of conditions, including autism spectrum disorder and ADHD.

Emergency Referrals

At times it is necessary to make an emergency referral for a young person at risk. In these cases we can offer same-day placements.

If there is a situation where a young person is no longer safe in their home or current placement, we aim to provide them with accommodation. Our team will seek to reassure the individual and provide a safe environment to recover from the stress and upset of the situation, before working towards a positive outcome. If you need to make an emergency referral, please contact us at referrals@sprinkledwithhope.co.uk
