Welcome to Sprinkled with Hope
We provide a high standard of care 24/7 and to equip our residents with the relevant tools to succeed in life.
Our Aim
At Sprinkled With Hope, we believe every child deserves the right care, the right support, and the right environment to thrive. As a passionate and determined organisation, we provide a safe, nurturing, and homely space for looked-after children in the UK, with a focus on those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD) up to the age of 17.
Our ethos is built on creating a space where young people feel valued, supported, and empowered to develop the skills they need for a happy, independent future. We are not just a care provider—we are a family-run business that believes in making a lasting difference in the lives of the children we support. Every young person in our homes is treated with dignity, respect, and warmth, ensuring they feel safe and at home.
We also recognise that outstanding care starts with outstanding people. Our team is at the heart of everything we do. We don’t just invest in the young people we support—we invest in our staff. Through training, mentorship, and career development, we create an environment where our team members can grow, thrive, and shape the future of the care sector. We might be an SME, but we are mighty in our ambitions to raise standards and inspire the next generation of care professionals.
By working in partnership with young people, families, social workers, and the wider community, we ensure that our residents receive the best possible support to achieve their full potential. With structured care, clear boundaries, and opportunities for personal growth, we equip every child with the tools they need to navigate life confidently.
Sprinkled With Hope isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to grow, learn, and build brighter futures.
